How the hosting workflow operates

This page sets expectations clearly so clients understand that Veltrix Core setup is guided, manual, and tracked from panel.veltrixcore.uk.

Order process

Clients select a live plan from the pricing database, sign in or create an account, and complete hosted Stripe Checkout for the first subscription payment.

Onboarding process

After checkout, the client fills in an onboarding form with either a customer-owned domain or a free subdomain on veltrixcore.cloud, plus DNS, files or GitHub repo, runtime, expected traffic, email needs, and support notes.

Setup window

Veltrix Core sets expectations clearly: most services are prepared within 24 hours, and clients should allow up to 48 hours because setup is manual.

Domains and DNS

Clients can bring their own domain for Veltrix Core to host on veltrixcore.uk, or request a reserved client subdomain on veltrixcore.cloud. DNS help can be requested during onboarding.

Support and cancellation

Support tickets remain linked to the client and optionally to a service. Cancellation and refund handling can be reviewed manually according to the published policy placeholders.

Choose a plan that fits your project, complete hosted Stripe checkout, and expect a managed service rather than instant activation.

Complete onboarding

After payment you will submit domain, subdomain choice, files, GitHub repository, DNS, runtime, and project notes so Veltrix Core can prepare your hosting setup correctly on veltrixcore.uk or veltrixcore.cloud.

Wait for manual setup

Setup usually completes within 24 hours and always aims to be within 48 hours. You can track progress from the dashboard and support ticket area.
